To make an appointment, you need to contact one of our offices. You should have a referral slip from the referring doctor when you call. Under California law, no x-ray can be taken unless you have a prescription from your referring doctor. Some basic information will be needed before an appointment can be made:

  • Referring doctor

  • Requested procedure (found on referral slip)

  • Patient Name

  • Patient Phone Number

  • Date and time of desired appointment

Walk-in appointments are often available. Please call ahead, we can usually fit you in the same day or following day. Please bring your referral slip with you at the time of your appointment. Select the imaging center closest to you in our locations tab in the menu above. To learn more about our mobile imaging center that can come to your house, office, or doctor’s office, please click here.

Elderly patients requiring assistance to attend the appointment must have his or her caretaker remain on the premises for the duration of the appointment. If the caretaker accompanies the patient to the appointment, the caretaker must accompany them out of the office. If the office is in a larger building and an elderly patient must go to the front of the building to be picked up, an employee will accompany them until the patient’s transportation arrives.

Patients under 16 years of age should be accompanied to their appointment. Parents are allowed to accompany their child during their appointment, as long as they are not in the same operatory room or in any x-ray exposure area(s).
